From building cold plunges to managing field repairs.
Kevin entered the cold plunge industry when the category was still niche and converted freezers were common. He started by building cold plunges, then moved into repairs, troubleshooting and field-service operations.
Over the years, that work expanded into managing technicians, supporting difficult repair cases, improving service processes and helping customers understand what their equipment actually needed.
