THE DEEP® is our internal plumbing cleaning service for cold plunge systems. We use a controlled cleaning, flushing, draining, and refilling process to address buildup in accessible circulation pathways. Choose the scope below, and continue your equipment’s normal water-care routine after service.
Choose Basic Deep Cleaning ($200) for internal plumbing care, or Premium Deep Cleaning ($399) for a complete system reset.
Basic Deep Cleaning — $200. A focused cleaning of internal plumbing using our proprietary THE DEEP® solution to remove gunk and sanitize the plumbing, followed by a drain and refill. For standalone care, we recommend up to twice a year based on usage. Premium and Weekly care plans include quarterly Basic cleaning.
Premium Deep Cleaning — $399. Includes the Basic plumbing cleaning, a full drain and refill, THE DEEP® system flush, filter replacement, chiller and pump inspection, water chemistry rebalance from scratch, and a digital service report with photos. Recommended at least once a year, especially for used tubs and commercial facilities; commercial frequency depends on customer volume.
