One-time service

No commitment needed. Pay-as-you-go for owners who want a single maintenance visit, a professional reset, or a seasonal deep clean.

Cold Plunge Restore — $350. Assessment and restoration cleaning after storage or a period without maintenance. We confirm the work needed before booking. For the defined THE DEEP® plumbing flush, filter replacement, chemistry reset, and photo report, choose Premium Deep Cleaning at $399.

One-Time Maintenance Visit

$199 flat

$199 includes up to 60 minutes of routine maintenance: water testing and balancing, basic sanitizer and chemicals, filter inspection and cleaning, accessible surface cleaning, pump/chiller/circulation/temperature/leak checks, and a digital report with photos. Additional approved time is $185 per hour, billed in full-hour increments; partial hours are rounded up. Replacement filters, parts, drain-and-refill, THE DEEP®, heavy contamination, and major disassembly are extra unless included in your plan. Travel beyond 30 driving miles is additional. Start a maintenance plan within 30 days and this visit is credited toward it; travel charges are not credited.

Basic Deep Cleaning

$200 flat

Focused internal plumbing cleaning with our proprietary THE DEEP® solution to remove gunk and sanitize the plumbing, followed by a drain and refill. For standalone care, recommended up to twice a year based on usage. Premium and Weekly care plans include quarterly Basic cleaning. Filter replacement, equipment inspection, chemistry rebalance, and photo report are included in Premium Deep Cleaning.

Premium Deep Cleaning

$399 flat

Everything in Basic Deep Cleaning, plus filter replacement, chiller and pump inspection, water chemistry rebalanced from scratch, and a digital service report with photos. Includes a full drain and refill and system flush with our proprietary THE DEEP® cleaner. Recommended at least annually, especially for customers purchasing used tubs and commercial facilities; commercial frequency depends on customer volume.

New Plunge Setup

Initial setup — fill, balance, sanitize, and program your chiller. Included free in your first cycle when you sign up for any maintenance plan. Standalone available; contact us for a quote.

Repair & diagnostics

The $170 diagnostic visit includes travel within 30 driving miles of Summerville, up to 60 minutes of diagnosis, equipment inspection, findings, photos, and a written repair estimate. Approved repair labor is $185 per hour with a one-hour minimum, billed in full-hour increments; partial hours are rounded up. Parts are additional. Additional diagnostic time requires approval, and diagnostic time is not billed again as repair labor.

The full reset: full-room hygiene deep clean with sauna-safe products, sweat-stain treatment and light sanding where needed, paraffin oil bench treatment, heater stone inspection and re-stack, mold & mildew inspection.

Sauna Repair

Heaters, elements, and infrared emitter panels, control boards and keypads, lighting and chromotherapy, door and bench repair. Trip + diagnostic + first hour included, written estimate before any repair work.

Plunge and sauna — one plan, one visit

Own both? Your tech services the sauna on every scheduled visit — interior clean, wood and bench care, stones, heater, seals and ventilation — on the same trip as your plunge. One vendor, one invoice, one report covering both units.

Essential + Sauna

One visit every four weeks, both units serviced. Plunge alone is $159 — sauna care adds $91 on the same visit, compared with a $169 standalone Tune-Up.

Premium + Sauna

$445 / 4 weeks

Two visits every four weeks, both units on each. Quarterly Basic Deep Cleaning with THE DEEP® is included on the plunge side: internal plumbing cleaning, drain, and refill.

Weekly + Sauna

$885 / 4 weeks

Weekly service on both units — 52 sauna services a year. Built for heavy household use and small commercial rooms. Quarterly Basic Deep Cleaning with THE DEEP® is included on the plunge side.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions about how billing works.

Why are plans billed every 4 weeks instead of monthly?

4-week cycles let us run a true weekly rhythm — your visit always falls on the same weekday. With a calendar month (28-31 days), the day-of-week shifts every cycle, which makes routes inconsistent and visits get missed. 4 weeks × 13 cycles = 52 weeks. Same predictable schedule, year-round.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no cancellation fees, no contract minimums. Cancel any time before your next 4-week cycle bills and the cycle simply doesn't renew. The cycle you're in the middle of completes normally (we don't pro-rate cancellations).

What if my plunge has multiple units (commercial gym, etc.)?

Additional plunges at the same address share travel and setup. Published add-ons are $119 for Light, $179 for Standard, and $249 for Pro per 4-week cycle. Ask for a facility quote for multiple units.

Are repairs included in the maintenance plans?

Maintenance plans cover scheduled service, chemistry, filter, and chiller inspection — but parts and repair labor are billed separately when something breaks. Plan members get 15-30% off repair work and parts. The $170 diagnostic fee is charged for the visit. Approve a repair within 30 days for a $75 credit toward repair labor only, up to the labor charge; parts and travel are excluded.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options and invoicing arrangements are confirmed with your service estimate before work begins.

Service area and additional travel costs

Travel is included within 30 driving miles of Summerville, SC, one way. Beyond 30 miles, add $1.25 per additional round-trip mile plus $60/hour for estimated round-trip driving time beyond the first hour. We confirm a fixed travel charge before booking; no surprise traffic charges. Travel charges apply per visit, including approved return visits, and are separate from service prices and discounts. Recurring maintenance follows scheduled routes; any outer-area surcharge is agreed before enrollment. Example: a 50-mile one-way visit with two hours of round-trip driving adds $110 ($50 mileage + $60 travel time).
