A one-time assessment, cleaning and restore for your cold plunge—ideal after winterization, purchasing a used tub, or a complete general restore.
Recommended once every 6–12 months. Includes everything in FLOW PLUS, plus a complete diagnostic report.

What to expect.
Can I still book one-time service?
Yes. One-time maintenance, diagnostics and other service remain available.
Do Care Plans prevent every failure?
No. Preventative maintenance does not guarantee that equipment will never fail, but it helps maintain visibility into system condition.
Are repair parts included?
Repair parts are separate unless specifically stated in the service agreement.
What about commercial facilities?
Commercial recurring programs are custom quoted based on unit count, service frequency, scope, travel and operating needs.
