Deep cleaning

Basic Deep Cleaning — $200
Internal plumbing flush with THE DEEP®, followed by drain and refill. Recommended up to twice yearly for standalone care; Commercial Standard includes a monthly Basic cleaning.

Premium Deep Cleaning — $399
Includes the Basic flush, full drain and refill, filter replacement, chiller and pump inspection, water chemistry rebalance, and a digital photo report. Recommended at least annually; commercial frequency depends on usage.

Included with weekly care: Pro includes 1 Premium cleaning per year. Plus includes 2.

Commercial sauna care

  • Quarterly: $299 per visit · 4 visits per year
  • Semi-annual: $350 per visit
  • One-time health check: $425

Quarterly care includes a full stone restack and a written condition report each visit. Sauna assembly and combined plunge + sauna programs are quoted for your facility.

Diagnostics & repairs

Diagnostic visit — $170
Includes up to 60 minutes on site and travel within 30 driving miles of Summerville.

Approved repairs — $185 per hour
One-hour minimum, billed in full-hour increments; parts are additional. A $75 diagnostic credit applies toward repair labor approved within 30 days.
